Radio
Radio is a potent collective media and a tool of resistance. In the last years I have had the opportunity to co-produce a radio program, but also be a guest in programs by colleges collaborating to create an affective and resonant network not only in Latin America but around the world.

Minga was a radio program produced by Jenny Ramírez and Ana Mora streaming by Radio CASo (Centro de Arte Sonoro- Argentina) from 2020 to 2024.
"Minga is a Quechua term that defines an ancestral mechanism of collective work, very common in northern Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, and many other parts of Latin America, where the common goal takes precedence over any individual benefit. Collaboration over competition" (Gutiérrez, 2012). Likewise, we find in MINGA a meeting point between disciplines and indisciplines, bodies, sounds, noise that goes beyond vibrations and transcends the political, thinking beyond binaries, genres, and categories, taking into account the implicit affections within the sound art that is born in Latin America.
Minga is being a home for others,
nesting them inside.
is the communal habit that fosters solidarity among peoples.
is remembering that the foundation of human construction is collective organization.
is learning and unlearning. is reflecting the feelings, knowledge, and demands of our peoples. is thinking, acting, and strengthening ties through sound. -Jenny R
